Cut – off date:

All claims for refund must be made by you within the period of 7 days from the date of your receipt of services beyond which unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Grievance:

 Cancellation

The counsellor gives you their exclusive time and blocks it for you when you schedule an appointment with them. It is disrespectful and unfair when the client does not show up for the counselling session without any prior notice.

The counselling sessions can be pre – booked in advance and can be rescheduled 4 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment.

Any request to reschedule before 4 hours of the appointment or failing to turn up is chargeable amounting to non- refundable cancellation of the session. You will need to renew the sessions in order to book an appointment.
